E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, that is provided with all our cloud hosting packages, will let you forward any email in the account to a second one without difficulty. This can be done either throughout the creation of a new email address or at any time afterwards if you decide that you want this feature. During the process, you are able to consider if you want a backup of the email messages to be kept on the server. This way, you will have a backup and you will avoid the probability to lose an e-mail message if the forwarding is to an external address, that is briefly inaccessible. This option can be enabled and deactivated at any time, and if you use emails for critical matters, it is best to use it, as no data of the e-mails are maintained on the server if the option is not enabled. If you decide that you don't need forwarding anymore, it will take only a mouse click to deactivate it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
For people with a semi-dedicated server from our company, it will take you simply a few mouse clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward any of the e-mails set up on our system to a third-party e-mail address. In the same section you will also have the ability to see how many of your email addresses are forwarded and where the incoming emails are going. You can activate or disable a forwarding account whenever you want and throughout the process you can also choose if a backup of the e-mails needs to be kept in our system or not. Even if this feature isn't a necessity, it's very practical because you will get a backup of the emails on our end in the event that something occurs with the third-party email address. Even when they have simply a momentary problem, you run the risk of losing e-mail messages as when our server gets and forwards an e-mail message, absolutely nothing will be maintained on our end if you haven’t chosen a backup to be stored.
